Questions about cost, insurance or financial arrangements?
Our office is not IN network with any insurance company. So long as your policy allows you to see out-of-network providers we are still more than happy to file your insurance for you. A good way to tell is if your insurance card says PPO. We know insurance is confusing, so please check out our insurance FAQ and then feel free to ask us any additional questions you have! We will do our best to make sure you walk away with a better understanding of your policy. Depending on the type of appointment we are seeing you for, your initial visit can have a significant range, before insurance. For an individualized estimate, please call our office. Concerns & Dental Fears?
Please know that we absolutely understand that some of you have had experiences that left you with a very real fear of visiting the dentist. We will never shame you, rush you or ask you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Our goal is to make your experience with us so amazing that you can’t wait to come back! If you have concerns about your upcoming visit, please call our office and let us know so that we can do everything possible to make you comfortable.
Prior to seeing you in our office…
If you have insurance, please send us a copy of your insurance card (front and back) BEFORE your appointment. Having completed paperwork is also helpful for us, but we understand that may be more difficult to get to us on short notice. In that case, we would need to be sure to get a little more information from you so we are able to properly get your estimation of insurance benefits. If we don't have this, we can't give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket for your proposed treatment at your appointment.
